Geraldine Gray is a Girly Geek

By

Geraldine GrayGeraldine Gray is a Salesforce MVP and holds the following certifications- Developer, Sales Cloud, and Admin. She has a very impressive background and has worked to implement Salesforce in a variety of verticals. She is the Principal at Endiem -where she works with organizations to help them align their strategic goals with Salesforce.com and other cloud products and services.

In this episode we have a great conversation about the origins of the Girly Geeks and how fast that group has taken off at Dreamforce. Not to mention Geraldine gives us some great tips for networking at Dreamforce- and how to not get your bum pinched. We also discuss career transitions from being an Admin to Consultant, to starting your own Salesforce Consultancy. Geraldine has some great tips for communicating with Executives and what NOT to do in a meeting when bringing on a new department.

Lastly, one of our biggest fans, Jared’s little sister (Jillian Miller) recently passed away from her battle with lung cancer. She would listen to this show and she thought we were so funny! Just when I thought our community couldn’t get any better, there were a few people who were helping support Jared during this time. Unbelievable community during an unbelievable time!

Lung Cancer is a relentless, devastating and deadly disease. During her battle, she was part of a few clinical trials so she could help others dealing with this and other rare cancers.
